Solution The emphasis is on avoiding certain ingredients that appear in some packaged products, like soda's and processed foods.

All foods are fine to eat with Adenotrex, except the very few we list in the MRG:

Please refer to the MRG for all info.

If it does not appear in the MRG, then it's fine to consume and will not affect your results.
